Arrival and check-in at a property surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, test your skills with an orienteering activity along the forest trails: maps, compass, and a spirit of adventure will guide you on an engaging and fun experience.
As evening falls, let yourself be enveloped by the unique atmosphere of Merigar: a walk under the stars in a place of peace and spirituality, where silence and the night sky take center stage.
Day 2 – Wellness, Water, and Adrenaline
The day begins with a forest bathing experience, inspired by Shinrin-yoku: a slow, mindful walk to regenerate body and mind, immersed in the beech forest.
You'll discover the pure waters and hidden corners of Parco Vivo, among springs, waterfalls, and pristine nature.
And then... it's adrenaline time! Experience the thrill of freeriding along the Amiata trails with expert instructors at the Amiata Freeride Bike Resort. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, it will be pure energy.
Day 3 – Art in Nature
Before leaving, treat yourself to one last special experience: a stroll among the installations at Daniel Spoerri's Il Giardino. A unique place where art and landscape blend together in surprising ways, stimulating emotions and reflection.
