Costanza is a Florentine lady of noble birth, who lives in her family home from 1600 with Giambruno and Sofia, a beautiful six year old girl.

She is a great hostess and cooks very well. Here are her favorite recipes, of which she will reveal the innermost secrets:

Pappa al pomodoro - typical Florentine dish
Spelt soup - typical Tuscan dish
Spago at filicudara - tasty spaghetti with a sauce typical of the Aeolian islands of Ilicudi. Constanza loves this recipe and prepares it very well !
Arista meat with milk or simply roasted in the oven
Salad from Costanza's vegetable garden
Chestnut: typical Tuscan dessert, which is made with chestnut flour and served with ricotta.

Program:

You'll arrive at Costanza's home at 06.00 pm - Departure from Florence at 05.40 by taxi. You will prepare dinner while you enjoy an aperitif.

Then you can taste the delicious food prepared together with Costanza, accompanied by an indispensable glass of house wine!
